Joel Arnold

Joel Arnold is responsible for Claim Automation software delivery at Travelers. Joel brings over 15 years of technology and operations experience from both the Financial Services and Insurance industries; serving previously at TD Bank and Unum. With a tenured background in Business Process Management (BPM) software delivery, he brings a wealth of automation knowledge and a strong focus on immersive business partnerships and has been recognized by organizations like the Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation Network.  Joel’s organization has deployed Digital Workers to automate: the application of credits to claim files, the upload & extraction of policy documentation, the creation of legal correspondence and contact with claimants.

Jeff Machols

Voya Financial
VP, Head of Continuous Improvement Center

Jeff Machols is Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Automation Center for Voya Financial. He is responsible for Continuous Improvement, process optimization, Agile methodology and Intelligent Process Automation. The accomplishments of the Center under Jeff’s leadership were recently detailed in Forbes. Prior to his current role, Jeff held multiple Information Technology leadership positions at Voya, ING and CitiStreet.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
