He worked through multiple platform designs and deployments, led development of 200+ automations, coordinated with enterprise Shared Service business groups to realize over 500k hours of capacity savings, and upskilled over 100 members of shared service organization. All while refining strategy, methodology, and best practice for a world leading digital transformation practice.
During almost 20 years in technology positions Anthony has developed and lead a 40 member Automation CoE spanning all enterprise shared service organizations; justified, established, and operationalized off and near shore deliver centers, lead IT integration for multiple M&A integrations, established and lead both enterprise PMO and BA CoEs, and managed multiple business application portfolios.
